GENERAL TERMS

All products purchased from this website, or other officially recognized sales channels, are covered under The Techanic Pte Ltd's ("we", "us", or "our") Limited Warranty. We guarantee to repair, replace, or refund, at our own discretion, a similar product that manifests a defect during the Limited Warranty Period, if you, the end-user customer, provides us with notice of a defect in your your purchased product during the Limited Warranty Period.

LIMITED WARRANTY PERIOD

The Limited Warranty Period for all products purchased from us is 7 days. For pre-built systems and Colorful products, the Limited Warranty entitlements are specific on each individual products' page.

Refund Policy
GENERAL TERMS

For all refunds and exchanges, proof of purchase must be provided. Where applicable, serial numbers of purchased products will also be verified before a refund or exchange is approved.

All items, once bought, cannot be returned after fulfilment of the product. We will only entertain refund and exchange requests where the products delivered are defective (as per our Limited Warranty Policy).

POLICY PERIOD

All returns and refunds must be requested for within 7 days from the date of purchase or delivery, whichever is later. We reserve the right to reject any refund or exchange requests.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For all exchanges, please write in to us at contact@techanic.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

REFUNDS

Once your product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.‎


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and you will be refunded via the mode of payment in which your order was processed within 5 to 10 working days.
